As a specialist clinic, we highly encourage patients to obtain a referral from another healthcare provider. Medical records are reviewed before scheduling to ensure the best treatment outcome.
It is our policy to not accept or handle patients that require opioid medication. Exceptions for treatment can be made if your primary care provider or other healthcare provider is willing to manage your opioid prescription and testing.

We accept: HMSA (all plans), BCBS, Tricare Select, Tricare for Life, VA (TriWest), CHAMP VA, UHA, HMAA, Deseret Mutual, Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid, United Healthcare (Commercial Plans), Humana, MDX Hawaii (AARP Medicare Advantage, Humana), Federal Plans, and Hawaii Laborers.

We DO NOT accept: Cigna, Ohana/WellCare, Aloha Care, UHC (Community/Medicaid), MDX HI(Community/Medicaid), Worker’s Compensation, and Personal Injury Pay (PIP) such as motor vehicle accidents.

Your insurance is likely not accepted for one or more of the following reasons:

1: Difficulty obtaining authorization for care.

2: Difficulty and delays in receiving payment for services rendered.

3: Reimbursement rates are much lower than the cost to deliver care.

Yes. However, self-pay patients undergo the same referral and review process as insured patients.

We accept cash and most credit card payments.

Parking is free. We have three parking lots (one in front of the building, one behind the building, and one underneath the building). Handicap parking spots are located in the front parking lot and underneath the building. The front parking lot has accessibility ramps and the basement parking lot has two elevators.
